Droplets of Dew

Small droplets of dew rested upon the grass by dawn
Till the sunrise came and kissed them away

So humble and kind,
Such love,
Which nourishes all lives on earth

I am like the grass
Whom small droplets of dew
Bestowed upon

Even at night
When the moon
Takes my breath away
And tears fill my eyes

I am indeed grateful
For the sun to rise
And breathe new life in me.
